Switch to 8th from Drawn FORTH

As of 4/9/2025

DrawnForth VPL will be implemented using 8th.

Initially the VPL will be a diagrammer/editor for FORTHy definitions in 8th.

Later on the VPL will be extended to draw/edit 8th code.

The VPL will be initially implemented using 8th cgi-bin connected web app. PHP v.8 might be used for glue code to make everything work (or not).
